For all furniture support issues pertaining scheduling of delivery dates, product issues and other after-sales service matters can be sent via our email at email@example.com or via our new WhatsApp number at 8181 0175 or 8181 0619.
For all wallpaper, combi blinds and flooring after-sales support issues, kindly send in your emails to firstname.lastname@example.org or via our new WhatsApp number at 9770 5872.
With this implementation, you can be assured of faster response timing for support matters especially via WhatsApp. You may now be able to directly send us photos and simply text us on the go or just leave a voice message. We will be better able to track any issues.
The following email addresses are managed by respective brand or function managers. By emailing to the appropriate email address, you will enjoy a quicker and tailored response.
Our support operating hours are from Monday - Friday: 10am to 7pm, Saturday 10am to 1pm excluding public holidays.
Please do not send support correspondences to our Facebook pages or call our showrooms. Support is not available at these channels.
