Membership Terms & Conditions
- Members have to accept marketing materials including Whatsapp messages and emails.
- Members have to share and like us on Facebook.
- Membership free gift redemptions are limited to one set per household/family once. No repeated redemptions allowed regardless of number of orders.
- Gojek & Grab reimbursements are redeemed through a purchase discount. Customers have to produce a screenshot and messaged to us. We redeem only a single trip.
- Members have to pay in full for all products and services to enjoy the FREE 10 Yr structural warranty upgrade. Payment has to be in cash, bank transfer, PayNow, PayLah, cheque or NETS.
- All gifts have to be collected during store opening hours from Megastore @ 25 Tagore between 10m - 7pm daily.
- Our free 10 Yr structural warranty furniture upgrade is applicable for purchases on or after 12 June 2021. The warranty starts from the delivery date.
- Our free 10 Yr warranty structural upgrade is not applicable to self assembled items, baby cots, office chairs, consumables, clearance items, accents, accessories, bed frame center support and bed slats.
- Our warranty upgrade and similar services cease to be valid once the customer opts out from receiving marketing materials. The customer is deemed not to be a member and the account will be removed.
- Picket&Rail reserves the right to change its offers and benefits to members without notice.
- Picket&Rail reserves the right to deny membership to anyone without having to provide any reason.
