Travel-To-Tagore-Store Claims

Simply spend a minimum of $100 at our Megastore and we will offset your Gojek/Grab/Comfort trip fare against your purchase.

You need to provide proof of receipt via email or in-app order history. Only applicable for one-way trip to stores. Other terms & conditions apply.

Contactless Shopping @ Picket&Rail®

Quick response (QR) codes on products or packaging provide easy, rapid and contactless mobile engagement for consumers.

By scanning the QR codes, useful information such as product sizes, material types, colors and stock availability will be instantly provided.

Online Availability

If a product is available online, you will be able to add the item to cart. You will be receiving an order confirmation email once you have placed the order.

However, product purchased online may not be in stock even after the order confirmation. Unless otherwise stated, best to drop us a message and ask about stock availability before making a purchase.

If we are not able to fulfill your order, a Picket&Rail® customer representative will contact you to offer an alternative product or full refund.

Products available online will differ from time to time. This is determine by the stock availability and promotions. You may search for the product on our site to check if the product is available online.

Unless otherwise stated, any items labelled as "Online Exclusive" are only available for online purchases and are not sold in-stores and no product display in-stores.

We try our best to make sure this will not happen through stringent checks and follow-ups, but should it occur:

a. If the product is currently unavailable, we will provide the next earliest availability and delivery date or an alternative product model.

b. Should the options offered be deemed not suitable, we reserve the rights to cancel the order and refund the full amount of the purchase.


Delivery & Installation

Delivery is NOW FREE for all furniture purchases to your ground floor, lift lobby or doorstep. Additional charges apply for additional floors, obstruction removal, floor protection and special timing requests.

Minimum spending amount of $30 for any baby and home accessories product to qualify for FREE Delivery. Otherwise, a fee of $6 will be applied.

Our delivery rates are applicable for both online and in stores.

Installation of standard furniture items are inclusive of the delivery charges.

Non-standard furniture items such as customized furniture items that require more than three or more manpower for delivery, will be charged separately.

Delivery timings are: 10am-1pm, 2pm-6pm, Mondays to Fridyas (exclude public holidays). Delivery on Weekends are subject to availability and additional delivery costs incurred.

For any Furniture items, please take the dimension and measurement of the product you will be ordering to ensure the item can fit into the room intended/ lifts/elevator/ stairwells/passages and/or corridors. Our delivery team will not dismantle doors and/or windows to avoid any damage to your property.

In the event of bulky items that are unable to fit into the lift, our delivery team will use the staircase and carry the product in a non-hazardous manner. They will assess the site thoroughly, with additional charges being applicable from the 2nd storey onwards (e.g. ground floor is free + $10 per item per subsequent non lift-accessible storey).

Example: Staircase delivery of a bulky furniture item to a non-lift accessible 12th floor: (1 X $0) + (11 X $10) = $110). Please be advised reschedule of your delivery date may be required if 3 or more extra manpower needed. However, if the delivery process is deemed hazardous, (e.g risk damaging the product or public property, obstruction of passageway, etc), Picket&Rail reserves the right to offer a re-selection of products in consultation with you and our sales staff.

Exchanges & Returns

If you're unhappy with the product you’ve purchased, regardless of if you’ve bought it online or at our physical stores, kindly drop us an email at customerservice@picketandrail.com.

Our Customer Service representative will be in touch to assess the situation and remedy an amicable solution.

a. Display items, warehouse clearance, as-is, discontinued items sold as seen.

b. Assembled furniture. (once installed)

c. Used mattresses due to hygiene reasons.

d. Customized, made-to-measure and indent furniture.

a. In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, Picket&Rail reserves the right to prove (or, if the breach appears more than 6 months after delivery, require you to disprove) that the product was of satisfactory quality and otherwise complied with the terms of purchase at the time of delivery.

b. If the repair or replacement is not reasonably possible or cannot be done within a reasonable period of time and without significant inconvenience to you, you may keep the defective Good and ask for a partial refund, or return the defective Good and ask for a full refund. Please note that the amount of the full refund will take into account the Good’s current state resulting from your use.

Please note that the normal processing time for refund requests is 10 working days from date of request.
